General Business Terms and Conditions of On-Line Ticket Sale in Aquacolors Poreč E-Shop
These General Business Terms and Conditions of On-Line Ticket Sale govern conditions under which the service provider – Asket d.o.o. (hereinafter only Aquacolors Poreč water park) shall provide the service on its Internet pages https://eshop.aquacolors.eu/. This service means the sale of admission tickets to Aquacolors Poreč water park.
Selling tickets to Aquacolors Poreč water park on-line is intended to make the purchase of tickets for personal, non-commercial use easier and faster. It allows the customers of Aquacolors Poreč water park to buy and print out a ticket with valid barcode. The customer shall be obliged to present the valid barcode at the cash desk in order to enter Aquacolors Poreč water park.
Purchase of Admission Tickets
The buyer may purchase online tickets on web pages https://www.eshop.aquacolors.eu/. The sending of the purchase order by the buyer and payment by the buyer shall be deemed to be the entering into a contract of sale between the buyer and the seller – Aquacolors Poreč water park. After the payment is made, the on-line ticket with valid barcode is sent to the buyer´s e-mail address together with the separate tax document to the ticket sent to this e-mail address, at the same time.
Obligations of the Buyer

Obstacles on the Provider´s Part
Should Aquacolors Poreč water park be forced to interrupt or terminate early its operation due to government or other decrees in connection with the Covid 19 epidemy, validity of unused ticket shall be extended by one year and the ticket may be used any time in the 2022 season. Such situation would not give rise to the entitlement to have the money for the tickets purchased refunded.
Privacy Protection
Aquacolors Poreč water park hereby undertakes to protect personal data of its customers by collecting only the basic and necessary information about the customers / water park visitors in order to comply with its obligations of the service provider. At the same time, Aquacolors Poreč water park undertakes to inform its customers about the manner of use of the data collected and to let the customers choose the manner of use of their data, i.e., whether they want to have their names removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns or not.
Any and all data provided about the customers are strictly confidential and shall only be available to those employees who need to know them to perform their work. All employees of Aquacolors Poreč water park and its business partners, as well, shall be liable for compliance with these principles of personal data protection.
Amendment to the General Business Terms and Conditions
In consideration to the fact that the scope of services to be provided in Aquacolors Poreč water park will keep extending in the future, Aquacolors Poreč water park reserves the right to amend or complete these General Business Terms and Conditions at any time.
