Terms and Conditions for the "Family Ticket 2+1 Free" Promotion at Aquacolors
1. General Information
This promotional offer, named "Family Ticket 2+1 Free," is organized by Aquapark Aquacolors ("Aquacolors") and is valid for ticket purchases made at the Aquacolors web shop and ticket office.
The promotion is valid from August 26, 2024, to September 15, 2024.
By purchasing tickets under this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Promotional Offer
The "Family Ticket 2+1 Free" offer provides a free junior ticket with the purchase of two adult tickets.
Adult Ticket: Priced at 36 EUR per ticket. This ticket is valid for individuals over 1.40 meters in height.
Junior Ticket: Valid for children between 1.00 meters and 1.40 meters in height and is issued free of charge under this promotional offer.
Any additional tickets beyond the "Family Ticket 2+1 Free" offer can be purchased at a promotional price of 29 EUR for each additional adult ticket and 23 EUR for each additional junior ticket.
3. Usage Conditions
This promotional offer is only valid for tickets purchased at the Aquacolors web shop and ticket office.
To qualify for the free junior ticket, you must purchase two adult tickets at the same time.
4. Restrictions
The promotion is valid only for entry on the day of purchase and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
The free junior ticket is valid only when accompanied by the purchase of two adult tickets and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way.
The promotional pricing for additional tickets is only available on the same day as the "Family Ticket 2+1 Free" purchase.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets purchased under this promotional offer are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
6. Additional Conditions
Aquacolors reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the park in case of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.
Aquapark Aquacolors reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or technical issues, Aquacolors reserves the right to close the park without providing refunds for purchased tickets.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
